BOOKING METHODS
As soon as we confirm availability at our hotel,
you can proceed with confirming your booking by paying a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for your stay, using one of the following methods:
1) CASH or CREDIT CARD
2) BANK TRANSFER
It is important to confirm your booking and deposit payment by email or phone shortly thereafter to ensure the requested rooms remain available. The balance will be due upon arrival, payable in cash, debit card, or major credit cards.
STAY CONDITIONS
Booking and payment
Agreed rates are per room and not per person and include overnight stay only.
The booking is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for the booked stay. This can be paid in cash, by credit card, or bank transfer. In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in cash, by debit card, or credit card.
Alternatively, you can secure the booking by providing your credit card number and expiration date.
In case of cancellation, the guest shall pay the hotel a penalty fee as follows:
– 30% of the stay price per room, if cancellation is made between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival;
– 50% of the stay price per room, if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, with a minimum charge equal to one night’s stay, except for one-night bookings which will be fully charged;
– no-show: If the booking is not cancelled in time or you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the cost of the first night will be charged as a penalty. For stays of 4 to 6 days, 2 nights will be charged; for stays of 7 days or more, 50% of the booking will be charged. The same rule applies in case of changes during the stay or early departures.
For multiple room bookings, each room will be charged according to the cancellation policies above.
If your booking requires full prepayment of the total stay, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, the booking is non-refundable.
We kindly ask you to carefully read the specific cancellation policies outlined in your booking.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Stays begin at 4:30 PM on the day of arrival and end at 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Check-in is expected by 7:00 PM. If you are arriving later, please notify us in advance. Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid ID at the Reception for registration purposes.
Upon departure, guests are kindly requested to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
Visitors
During daytime hours, guests are kindly asked to inform the management of the presence of relatives or friends. During nighttime hours, the presence of non-registered individuals is strictly forbidden in all hotel areas. Access to the rooms and common areas is not permitted to individuals who are not registered or previously recognized by showing an ID to the management.
Security
The management is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the rooms or common areas. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuable items both in the rooms and in the hotel's common areas.
Guests are kindly reminded not to remove or damage any items in the rooms or common areas of the Hotel. Any abuse will be reported to the local Public Security Authorities.
Please note that smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas. A fine of €100 applies.
If the room requires extra cleaning, an additional charge will be applied.
We kindly ask guests to turn off the air conditioning units when not in the room.
